PreCleanse Capsule Product Instructions

IF TIME PERMITS:
For at least (2) days prior to the day of your deadline avoid toxins and consume
a minimum of (6) 16 ounce glasses of water per day.

Avoid Toxins and Toxic
environments for at least 48 hours before your deadline. The longer the better.

Incorporate a healthy diet
the week prior to your personal deadline. High fat foods, greasy foods and junk
foods have been shown to slow the detoxification process.

Consume only light meals the
day of your personal deadline.

Avoid alcoholic beverages,
over the counter drugs and unnecessary medications.

Water is a catalyst to the
body's natural detoxification process. Drink a recommended allowance of six 16
ounce glasses of water per day for the 48 hours prior to your deadline.

Exercise the week leading up
to your deadline. Aerobic exercise raises your metabolism which assists the
detoxification process.
PreCleanse Herbal Product Instructions:

Read completely the
instructions on the package.

For best results, take (6) PreCleanse Capsules throughout
the day with (6) 16 oz glasses of water for two days prior to your test.
PreCleanse Mineral Product Instructions:

Read completely the
instructions on the package.

If taking alone, take one tablet at he beginning of the
day prior to your test and the other tablet at the end of your day prior to your
test.

If taking with PreCleanse Herbal, take one tablet with
the first PreCleanse Herbal Capsule and the other with the Last PreCleanse
Herbal Capsule. Follow the instructions above for PreCleanse Herbal.
