Tip 1: Get yourself
the best detox
product available. What is the level of risk that is acceptable for you personally? It is much more desirable to have the protection and not
need it than have needed the protection and not had it.

toxic environment for at least 48 hours before your deadline. The longer the
better.

any healthy diet the week

o your personal deadline. High fat foods, greasy foods (particularly
