General Shipping Policies

  1. We will allow products to be left at the Ship-to-Address WITHOUT A SIGNATURE unless you specify otherwise by making comments on the order page or sending us an e-mail by clicking > here <.

  2. We will ship all products via the carrier and service that will get the product to you the most effective way.  As an example, if you place two orders we will ship both orders via the fastest of the two orders and refund you the less expensive shipping amount on that order the following Wednesday.  We reserve the right to decide how best to get our products to you.

  3. All orders are billed under the name ATC and shipped in discreet packaging. This is to protect your privacy.

  4. PLEASE DO NOT CALL OUR MAIN PHONE NUMBER ON SHIPPING ISSUES.  They are not set up to help with tracking issues and it will only slow down the process of getting helpful information and/or products to you.  Please send us an email by clicking > here <.

  5. We ship VIA United Parcel Service (UPS) as our primary service provider.  We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) for customers that provide a post office box in their address as UPS does not deliver to post office boxes. We will not provide any differences in shipping costs between the two shipping processors.

  6. We process all refunds on the Wednesday following receipt of the return of your order unless otherwise agreed upon.

  7. We provide a 100% return refund on products purchased from us if they are returned unused, unopened and in resalable condition.  Please return the products in the packaging in which you received the products.  We can not be responsible for damage caused by other packaging. 

  8. We do not provide refunds on shipping as this service was provided. 

  9. PLEASE DO NOT REFUSE OUR SHIPMENT FROM THE CARRIER.  We charge at 25% restocking fee if you refuse delivery on our shipment.  For more information on our return policy see > Returns <.

  10. At this time we do not provide International Service.

Our Policy On Shippers Delivery Dates

We have chosen UPS as our major shipper to provide our customers with the highest degree of confidence in getting their shipment when they need their shipment.  As we can not control the shippers schedules, ATC can not be responsible for delays in shipping caused by the shipping companies (UPS, USPS, FedEx).  They have their own process and you must contact them if a shipment is late or is not delivered.  From time to time we might choose to ship our product via USPS.  One example is if you provide a P.O. Box number, we will ship via USPS as UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Next Day Air Early A.M. Overnight delivery is expensive:

  • Next business day delivery by 8:00 a.m. to major cities in the 48 contiguous states

  • Delivery by 8:30 or 9:00 a.m. to most other U.S. cities, including Anchorage, Alaska

  • Delivery by 10:00 a.m. to additional locations.

  • Check With UPS if you do not live in a major metro area and need delivery absolutely by 8 AM.

Next Day Air

Orders placed prior to 5:30 PM East Coast Time (Mondays -Thursdays) will be delivered the following business day based upon your location.  Please check with UPS to verify the exact delivery time in your location. Overnight orders placed on Fridays will not be delivered until Monday, unless specified for Saturday delivery.

  • Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination.

Next Day Air Saver

Orders placed prior to 5:30 PM East Coast Time (Mondays -Thursdays) will be delivered the following business day by the end of the day.  Overnight orders placed on Fridays will not be delivered until Monday by the end of the day, unless specified for Saturday delivery.

  • Next business day delivery by end of day.

2nd Day Delivery:

Orders placed prior to 5:30 PM East Coast Time (Mon - Fri) will be delivered the second business day by the end of the day.  2nd Day orders placed on Thursdays will not be delivered until Monday.  Orders placed on Friday by 5:30 PM will be delivered on Tuesday by 6:30 PM.

  • Delivery by the end of the second business day.

  • Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time.

Ground Delivery:

UPS Ground orders placed prior to 5:30 PM East Coast Time (Mon - Fri) will be delivered up to the 8th business day.  There is no guaranteed delivery time from UPS on ground service.  Because of this, ATC might choose to ship VIA USPS Priority Mail if, in our judgment, if will get you product to you sooner or more reliably.

If you provide a PO Box, we will ship by United States Postal Service (USPS).

UPS will not delivery to a post office box.  PLEASE NOTE: The United States Postal Service can not service many areas next day or two day.  You might want to add an additional day.

FIRST THING TO DO WITH ANY SHIPPING QUESTIONS !

If you ordered your product before 5:30 PM Eastern Standard Time (east coast time) and it is at least 9:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (east coast time) the same day of the order, you should have already received an e-mail directly from the shipping service providing you a unique tracking number. 

To track your shipment, select the appropriate service below and then place that tracking number in the identified area.  That is it!  You will have your tracking information displayed.

If you have not received your e-mail from the shipping service providing your tracking number,  please e-mail us using ONLY the form below as soon as possible.
