Despite what drug testing companies would have
you believe, there are several valid and effective ways that can have a
substantial impact in speeding up the removal of contaminants from your system.
This is not a substitute for products that remove the detectable metabolites
from your urine for a specific period of time prior to a drug test, but is
intended to be an additional adjunct to passing a drug test.
Get yourself a reliable detoxification
product. When it comes down to it, the question has to do with how much risk
you are willing to accept. It is much more desirable to have the protection and
not need it than to have needed the protection and not had it.
Avoid using any toxins and/or any toxic
environment for at least 48 hours before your deadline. Your first line of

sitting. Water is a catalyst to the body's natural detoxification process.
Drinking water will help to flush toxins out of your body, especially when
combined with healthy eating and exercise habits. Just keep some water by you
and sip on it all day long. You can drink several glasses this way without
having to drink the water all at once.
Exercise the week leading up to your
deadline. Aerobic exercise raises your metabolism which assists greatly in
the detoxification process. Exercise every day up to 48 hours before your drug
test. To burn the metabolite-containing fat cells, exercise regularly every day
(twice a day for 30 to 60 minutes if possible). Be active. Climb the stairs at
work. Walk the dogs for an extra hour. Stand at your desk. Walk to the corner
store instead of driving. Do whatever it takes to burn the fat and boost your
metabolism - but DO NOT diet. Eat things that give you energy, but avoid
excesses of quick metabolism boosters such as coffee, sugar and Red Bull.
Especially when taken in large quantities, these will be consumed by the body
quickly and lead your metabolism to 'crash' as soon as the sugar and caffeine
runs out. You want to keep your body metabolism at a steady, hearty pace all
day long.
Incorporate a healthy diet the week prior
to your personal deadline. High fat foods, greasy foods (particularly
butters, cream sauces, and fried foods) and junk foods have been shown to slow
the detoxification process. Eat fiber, carbohydrates, vegetables and foods high
in protein as normal. DO NOT skip breakfast. Eat often throughout the day, but
avoid eating late at night when your body has nothing to do with those extra
calories other than store them as fat. DO NOT go on a crash diet to burn fat.
When you diet your body panics because it thinks you're starving. Your
metabolism will drop and your body will hold on to those fat cells even tighter
than before.
Consume only light meals the day of your
personal deadline.

positive result for several days.

eating bagels with poppy seeds and testing positive for opium.

Drinking an excessive
amount of water, coffee or any diuretics before your test can cause what
is known as a diluted specimen.
Maintaining Creatine Levels is a Key.
THIS

the body and is usually excreted in the urine at fairly constant concentrations.
When the urine is diluted by frequent urination and extra hydration (drinking to
much water, coffee, soda, etc.), the Creatine level in the urine will drop.
Creatine levels are tested for in
labs and a low Creatine level may indicate to the lab that you have attempted
to flush your system of drugs. If your creatine levels are not reestablished
before your test to a reestablish your normal balance most any drug test kit can tell the tester you
might have
tried to mask the results. You could be ordered to do a retest at best and
judged failing your drug test is a real possibility.
If you do not have a
product that can reestablish the correct levels of at least PH and
Creatine levels you are at a great risk to fail your drug test so make

DO NOT just drink an overdose of water.
Some drug testing companies take this as a test
failure even though the diluted specimen may be inadvertent or may be on purpose
to fool the drug test. Either way you are made suspect for drug
use with this result and some
companies will let you retake the test and some will not.

Basically there is little difference between a blood, urine
or a saliva drug test. These tests all look for small concentrations
of contaminates, called metabolites, that can be used to determine which
specific products have been used, but not exactly when or how much
of the specific drug has been used.
The body naturally stores metabolites in the fatty cells and
fast growing cells in your body (fat, hair, nails, etc.) These metabolites leach out into the blood over
time and are expelled mostly through the urinary tract. Hence the
popularity of the urine
drug test.
Different metabolites stay in the fat for different periods of time
causing you to fail many weeks or even months in the future. Your
fat content, activity level, usage level and your metabolism all have a major impact on how
long chemicals can be detected in your system.
Urine Drug Test -
Urine drug tests are used most of the time because of
the connivance, accuracy and cost of the tests. Urine
drug test kits are available as on-site tests or for laboratory
analysis. Referred to as "the gold standard", urinalysis is the
most common test type and used by federally mandated drug
testing programs. The
main disadvantages of urine-based drug test kits is are the
ease at which they might be "cheated" via sample

looking for usage in the last 90 days and the hair sample can be taken from any

drug use for up to as long as the hair being tested has been growing on your
body. The detection window is much larger in hair drug testing when
compare to for urine, blood or saliva based drug testing. This is because
trace amounts of drug chemicals become trapped inside each hair and can not be
removed without total destruction of the hair follicle.
Blood Drug Test -
A blood
