To effectively support you, we request you follow these guidelines. By doing so, you will receive the best support and the requested information in a timely and effective manner. Experience has shown it works!
SHIPPING: We have found that waiting for your shipment can be stressful and may cause many questions. We hope to make this experience as stress free and effective as possible.
- If we received your order by 5:30 PM East Coast Time your order will ship that same day. (Monday thru Friday Excluding Holidays).
- We will allow products to be left at the Ship-to-Address WITHOUT A SIGNATURE unless you specify otherwise by sending us an e-mail before 5:00 P.M. the day of your shipment. Go to Shipping and Tracking to send this e-mail.
- We will ship your product via UPS unless you provided a P. O. Box Number. UPS will not deliver to a P. O. Box Number. In this case we will ship via USPS (Post Office). We reserve the right to ship via the most effective and quickest way to get your product to you.
- All orders are billed under the name ATC and shipped a plain brown box with no external marking other than the address label. This is to protect your privacy.
- Next Day By 8 A.M. Delivery: If have chosen this option please be awarded that your delivery could be as early as 6:30 A.M. Be ready to answer the door. You will be receiving a phone call from UPS to verify delivery at the phone number you have entered on your order before 9:00 A.M. the day of your delivery to confirm the delivery.
TRACKING INFORMATION: You should receive an e-mail from UPS or USPS with tracking information by 6:30 PM Eastern Time the day we ship your product. If the product was shipped UPS, this tracking information will allow you to follow your product through the UPS system right up until your delivery. You should also receive an email from UPS soon after delivery telling the time of the delivery and the specific location your package was left. If you do not, please contact us at Shipping and Tracking and we will send you the information immediately.
For tracking information or questions on delivery times and general questions about shipping, please contact the appropriate shipper at the phone numbers or web sites below. You will know which shipper was used by the e-mail you receive after we ship your product.

RETURNS: ATC offers a 30 day return for our products. Should you decide to return products please go Returns And Credits and follow the instructions. Return Credits are processed the Wednesday following our receipt of the product.
